Many thanks again for the fans - I only just got around to fitting them this week. I think it maybe a good idea for numptys/stubborn folk who dont read instructions like me who order stuff and don't install them for months to repeat your fettling advice you gave on page 10...

All I can say is that taking my turbo out took less time..... ....they now fit superbly and am delighted!

What is the diameter of these fans? 10" or 12"?

The fans are 9" - same dia as the OEM Yellow ones with metal cowls.
You might get a 10" in there with custom mounts, no where near enough space to get 12" ones in there.

These fans were a bit of a find, largly because (with some trimming ) they fit the original studs.
They are also alot quiter, and much more airflow. There are some pictures further back in the thread I'm sure.

A nice sharp stanley knife does the trick - small shavings at a time so as not to crack the pastic.
