I will continue to liaise with the restaurant (unless someone wants to take over the reins).

Just come off the phone having confirmed 25 with the Bengal Brasserie (01684-575744) only to find that Smithers has decided to join the party.
Geoff (it's not a problem obviously) would you mind fronting our presence and phoning the restaurant tomorrow evening to confirm numbers for the Vickers booking, please. I said we'd update them once more before descending on them at 7.00PM Friday.

Don't you just hate it when people simply assume that they can jump on the bandwagon at the last moment!

Erm, if I need to contact the restaurant directly to plead for a couple of extra place settings, please could someone text me the number to contact?
(Sorry for any inconvenience - I'm blaming the 6 month old!)
Striking fear into the hearts of duplicate posts everywhere...!

Neil

it's nothing new though, is it! (not for you, just LEC in general!).
If it's gonna be a problem you can share my plate!

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

HOLD IT!
Mr. Bloody InvenientRight is +2
It's unlikely that Yasuo and Kim can make it, as flights are still suspended so that's -2
Jim has two reservations so I'm sure he'd give one up if necessary so that's -1.
Peter is now coming so +2.
