in stainless steel as the loads are not very high and the rod ends are rated at over 1127kg
Both front and rear are the same so 4 required /car, cost £25.00 each complete with new nuts and bolts so a full set is £100.00

Apologies as I know this is should be for the list of who wants these drop links only.....But for those that don't know here's the message I got from SJ Sports the other week : (Please note the price of the anti-roll-bar drop links £39.60 each. These have not been available from Lotus for some years now and I have just completed re-manufacture of the links and the bushes. )
So that's £158.40 for the set before VAT

I have enough parts to make 20 axle sets so as far as the list goes then there are 3 axle sets left assuming BFG in the BRG wants 4.
I can make more but would need to get the rod ends from the USA as the UK supplier is now out of stock I had the lot.
I am hoping to get these made before Malvern so if you are going and want to collect them let me know.

Unless my arithmetic is wrong, if BFG wants 2 axle sets, that leaves one axle set available. I'll have that, thanks. If, however, BFG only wants one axle set then I'll have two sets. Simples.

Made the first couple and just waiting on the seals from the USA which should be with me next week so they will be ready to send very soon
I can send them by post cost £5.00 or I can bring them with me to Malvern but which ever option you pick I will need the dosh
Bob
BTW: I will get some more rod ends and seals ordered as that is the only limit on the numbers at present

If available... If I should hold back some of the shipment of ends rather than sending them over the pond to you only to have you send them back again, let me know Bob!

On to plan B
I have tried to get more of the female rod ends at the right sort of price but have failed miserably so I am reverting back to the original plan and will supply the links with male ends and center section to suit.
The male ends I can get in resonable quantitys so supply is not a problem although not as simple to make the joining piece
So the first batch will have a 10mm rod and the second batch a 17mm hex bar with a 8.5mm hole down the center

I've ordered enough materials to make 15 sets or 30 axle sets or 60 in total

don't know if my car is different but the top of the front drop links on mine go into a captive bolt embedded in the front chassis box section.
and after many attempts at fitting the new ones - I gave up the front ones are in very good condition and look fairly new

so we put them back on.........
so if anyone wants two of these excellent drop links I will be putting them in the for sale section - at cost
