Bearwood College Classic Car Show 24 Apr 2010

Postby muley » Thu 22.04.2010, 12:18

Very short notice, but there's a Classic Car Show at Bearwood College on 24 April.

http://www.classic-car-directory.com/events/events.aspx

LEC haven't got an official invitation, but I'm working on it for future events e.g. Popham. I'll be displaying the S2 in a prime spot with the other club I now belong to http://www.badccc.co.uk/

- does anyone have some little flyers / business car sized thingies I could print off and give out to promote the car and LEC?

Anyone is welcome to come along and park in the general area.

It's a perfect picnic spot BTW

Cheers

Jim, I have but unfortunately they're on the PC at home in UK not here :( . However, the ones I have were produced by Mark V for Donington about 3 years ago (possibly longer) and he may still have a copy. It's a word document with LEC logo's and script as per the forum, I seem to recall that Chris T was also involved in producing these.

Jim,

I've got some business card sized things which i use - set out on a word doccument for whatever size card it is i picked up from Staples.

Obviously, you can just print them out onto A4 sized card, flip it over and print again, then cut out your nice double-sided cards to distibute.

(You may want to change the wording so they aren't presented by me, though  )

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?
