Updates for our June 20 Event:



1. I will shortly have some electronic logos that you can use when publicising the event to your members.



2. Issue of entry tickets:

I had a discussion with Hylands House because they want to issue tickets now rather than wait until nearer the event. I said that it would be hard to get individuals to commit fully at this stage so we have reached a good compromise.



I would like each of you to estimate your maximum number of attendees. (The sort of turn out you will get if it is a Perfect day with wall to wall sunshine). I will submit all the numbers to Hylands and they will issue that number of tickets to you. You can distribute them amongst your members as you see fit.



There will be a form for each participant to fill in with the ticket – car club name, name, car registration, model etc. – to be handed over to Hylands at the gate on arrival. That allows Hylands to keep a tab on numbers however it also allows individuals to be flexible about which car they bring on the day.
