Tickets arrived in sunny Scotland yesterday Jim. Hope yours arrived safely too. Will bring the tickets (£38.80 inc booking fee for 3 days) for your son down with me on the Friday unless you would prefer for me to post them ? I hope to be leaving very early on the Fri. morning to set up camp at Henwood/Ham. fields, have a few beers and then head off to track for some burning oil and brake pads

Will be better organised this year and bring BBQ stuff and primus, espresso coffee maker etc....

No no Gary, still on the Lotus stand, but without a Lotus until I find the Exige.

Hi, yes I've got my tickets. Bring the 'spare' with you and Matt or I will square it away with you.

We're planning to arrive midday with the full camping ensemble (and some beer)

Lol Yes that was the original plan but I felt it was the best time to get the best value from it so that I can hunt for a low mileage Exige as a keeper. Will hopefully get an M100 again but it's not viable to have both at the moment.

Great weekend but a shame to see only 1 M100 on the LDC stand all weekend. There were a few nice ones in the CL area but my legs were too tired from the long walk to get there. Was great to see some fantastic racing as well. Looking forward to the Classic in 2011. Will have some photos uploaded as soon as.

Yes, it was a good weekend. Nice to meet up with Mark (Rambo - hope you got home safely)

There were 6 M100s in the CL area on Sunday but it was a trek from the main club area. Saw Gary's nice MX5, too.

We camped in Henwood just over the road and it was fine.

I'll sort out some pics later.

Who's 'We' - all the MX5 owners? And if so, how come - did you all vote for yourselves?
I can see how there should have been enough numbers to make it unanimous, but have no idea what that has to do with the subject title.

Mind you, they were out in force Neil. Just the next block over from all the "classic" Lotus's. Never saw Gary though.

Got home OK thanks Ji m. Left after you and only took just over 5 hours. must have had the foot to the rubber mat

The MX Owners Club won. No idea how it is decided, but it was an impressive show of MX5's and well organised. Not like the Ferraris which just seemed to be parked at random
