Door actuator and window caterpillar...

Having a bit of a refurb on the door internals, making a new poser moulding, changing the speaker, attending to various rattles,
Couple of issues the great and the good people of LEC might advise me on -

1. the outer window guides, should they be furry caterpillars like the inner one? Ive got 1 bare metal and 1 with a rubber block on. ordered some more but they are currently back ordered.

2. Door actuators dead, any one know a GM alternative or way to refurb or have a used one knocking about before I bite the bullet and fork over a small fortune to HR owen

3. the up stop bobbins on the bottom of the window, im missing one. Ordered a new one, but almost fell over when i was quoted over £30 for the top hat nut that goes in the glass! any one know of an alternative?

those bovine and top hats are lotus exclusive I'm affraid.

The actuator in my passenger door makes a awful noise when operating, it does move the lock though.
Is there a repair for this maybe a aftermarket alternative?

If its the actuator making the noise then just replace it, I think i payed $15 off Maries ebay link and had it shipped to the UK, Think i had to take the window out and the guide channel to get the lock mech out, 3 screws and the new actuators on
