BRG Elan (SOLD)

1991 Elan SE Turbo, BRG with full leather trim - complete with horizontal yellow racing stripes.
I bought the car nearly 2 years ago and have lavished much care and attention on it since. I was going to keep it forever (do we ever learn that forever is never forever?) but have just come across another Elan SE that my father owned for 8 years - and you can't turn down an heirloom; so this one is now available. Body condition is good, but there are scratches and chips to the paintwork.The interior is in very good condition. Runs beautifully but stops like a normal Elan - I haven't upgraded the brakes, but they were completely rebuilt last year with new braided pipes and pads and recon'd calipers all round.
Just been MOT'd, 85,828 miles.
It has a cherished number on it at present - H15SUS - or it can have its original number back - H209BFG. £4495 with H15 or £3995 with H209.
Tried to price it reasonably, drop me a mail if you are interested.The car is kept near the Kent/Sussex border.
If I can work out how to attach photos to this I will ... otherwise search the beastie out on Pistonheads.
Please not that, despite appearances, this is NOT the "BFG in the BRG"!

..... Resample your pictures so they are no more than 1024 pixels wide and 768 pixels high ... if you want them to instantly appear choose 500 wide.


Click Post reply ... then

Browse
Find the first picture among your computer files
Left click on the picture
Click open
Add the file

Repeat the process from Upload attachment for as many photos as you want to add.

Click Preview ... if it looks as you intended ... click submit.

There’s an opportunity to re-arrange the pictures in a particular order by selecting “place inline” ... it involves shuffling the lines of text into the right order using cut and paste ... you can’t do any damage, just make sure you're happy with the preview before clicking submit.

Many thanks Ray for the tips, but I don't appear to have any software to reduce the size of the pictures - they are currently 2592x1944, so a bit oversized from your suggestion!
I have managed to get them onto Pistonheads in all their glory though....

Irfanview, it's an excellent piece of software and best of all it's free. Does loads of other things as well!
