2. Lansledj - Elan M100
3. Chipp - Elise
4. ipelm (Ian) - Elan M100
5. Dave and Megan - Esprit SE Turbo
6. Paul & Sarah - Esprit Turbo S4
7. Steve1 - Esprit S4
8. Dave Eds Elan M100

10. Owen & Tracy - Esprit GT3

Still room for more and there is some space, up to 5, for those who turn up on the day plus I do know of at least one other but it depends on his car being back together after a paint job.

Looking forward to this. Just worried that Henry is going to be let loose in a tank  could turn out messy for the other cars there if they don't have a Lotus badge

A couple of questions before the weekend.
1. Will there be a meeting point/time prior to entry?
2. Is there a requirement for some proof of being a member of LEC i.e. Label/badge so as to get entry into classic area.

Looks like I might be attending with the wife. Might even get the Elan out the garage if it's going to be a nice day, then drive it straight back in again because it hasn't had a MOT for 5 months due to hi-spec and now waiting on Nitrons I just ordered with a lot of help from Bob.

Will be there in the Golf Gti but doesn't seem the same!

Take it I can just turn up and pay on the door?

Gazza,

If you are not coming in the Elan you may well have to use the normal public entrance and get caught with the full admission.
As for the brake calipers I have spoken to Hi Spec today and said that I am going to need some of these sooner rather than later which will include yours amongst others.

Bob

Wasn't having a moan at you, who could for the work you do, just want to drive the Elan in this nice weather.

Don't mind paying the full whack on the gate as long as i can. I have seen Lotus sunbeams finding it hard to get in to a Lotus car park so a VW Golf is pushing it  Could say it has the new Esprit chassis for secret testing

Might meet up with you at the services if it's not to early for the wife.

When you arrive just say you are with Lotus Elan Central on stand 26 there is a map further up of where we are on the site. The marshals should direct you to the correct place.

Hi lads and ladys will see you there 9 am ish

Dave Eds could you do me a favor and bring along the seat washer we were discussing a few weeks back... i can hear you going what seat washer!!! so hear goes an explanation plumber style!!!!! memory jogging its the one that has an offset piece in it' it slots into the top of the seat frame and then the bolt slides through to bolt the frame to the floor keeps it all snug,, the trimmer managed to lose one when he had the seat out and it wiggles a bit , which is annoying thanks buddy...

Just off to tax the car MOT,ed it wednesday no real serious problems' apart from an electrical niggle and a slight oil leak but it should live, i had the sparks come over the same day and he diagnosed it as a connector the wrong way around, so at least the reverse lights don,t come on now when you turn left, the MOT guy thought this could be a bit iffy cant see why!!!! its going in to have the nitrons fitted which i,ve just ordered with a lot of help from Bob,, so i will get oil leak sorted then............. :D
