OK, to keep in regimented list form, I shall bring:

Gas stove which does come with gas
Chilli - wimp style with bottle of chilli sauce to give it a proper kick
Sugar - probably mainly for those strange Norfolk foreigners who'll feel lost without a bit of sugar beet
Few Teabags
Some snacks / biscuits
BBQ to break ze rulez
Sausages, it's all about the sizzle!
Some special treat things which I may selfishly keep...
Full set of waterproofs- pessimistic
Suncream- optimistic
Showercape for Blipi
Polish for Blipi - in case anyone feels bored
Sleeping tablets in case the beer doesn't work :bonk:
Paracetamol, asprin, Ibuprofin...

See you all soon!

Another fantastic Elan adventure, great to see great people again! The Chappel Beer Festival is certainly an event I highly recommend! :D

I second that! Another great weekend at Chapel Beer Festival, great company and even the weather held!

Memories of the weekend....Ferrets, Wheelbarrows, mushroom container hats, too many beers, too little sleep, waking up at 3am to hear Iain working(!), halfs, thirds, cheeky showers, the millenium park and Sloe Berries!!!!

Responding to a call-out in a tent in the middle of nowhere, connected to a device in Singapore while sobering up was a bit surreal.
Must remember to claim the O/T for that.

Thanks for a fun, first experience of a beer festival. I am now the proud owner of a pint glass
I'm looking forward to using my pink tent again soon!

St Albans festival is late this month (maybe next week)
& Watford festival is November I think.

I believe both are 'in range' for you :D

By the way, I'm a bit of a beer man myself but there is some excellent "lager sh** " on the continent. Try one of the beer fests in Belgium orZaandam, just outside Amsterdam. In fact, what about an LEC beer fest trip to Munich or Belgium next Autumn :?:

I was hoping for an organiser a bit closer to Munich - say Norwich or Bishop's Stortford ;-)
