Stainless steel gear shift cables

Minor hiccup
I was using the gearbox brackets from Lotus but guess what they are no longer available so I'm in the process of getting them made and should be done by the end of the month.
I will get the ones that do not need the brackets (S2) off this week or at least MPX as still waiting a reply from Alexg

What's the rough timescale for the next batch.

Having seen the cables, (my car is at GST for gearbox repair and they will fit Bob's cables & Dave's short shift as well ) I would like to say that they look great.

The jet engine manufacturers CFM use a similar cable to convert the pilot input on the throttle to the engine control unit on older Boeing 737's. Bob's cables are so well made, CFM would be proud of them. Great work Bob.

I'm going to split this list in two as the people in the USA do not need to wait for the cables as I can get them shipped direct from a USA supplier
UK to get a discount I need to order in batches of 5 sets or more.
The brackets I have had made up should be with me tomorrow (Friday 3rd Sept), I have enough to cover 25 sets so 12 left before I need to order some more.

That's that lot out the door and I have decided to do these on as a needed basis but it does put the price up slightly.

So a set of cables delivered with in the UK mainland will be £243.00 Highlands and Islands slighty more, USA will be a kit of parts for the UK and the cables from a USA supplier, ROW can sort something out but cost of delivery will be higher.

Are these available now for the US? If so, do I need to order the shift cables in the US and the end connectors from the UK? I will read back through the posts to
see if I can make sense of it.... I definately need to replace my shift cables, and I have the old version of "Dave's" short shift kit (not currently mounted).
I appreciate any information you provide.

There is a little trick that makes getting the cables through the tunnel be they the stainless steel ones or OEM, if you wire the gear shift in what would be 5th gear it moves the gearbox ends back in the outer which makes them easier to turn the corner as they exit the tunnel.
I found on mine that removing the header tank and the hoses makes access much easier.

I tried to communicate with you and kept getting messages that you just needed to finish making a couple pieces and would be shipping the "next week". These replies were coming as others were praising you for their cable kits you had just provided them.

I require that you refund the 80.00 pounds I paid for the parts kit via PayPal immediately and I will write off the excess postage I paid you for the total order.

You really should be ashamed at yourself for taking money and then not supplying the parts ordered.

The Administrators/Moderators have been made aware of some unease within the membership with regards to the lack of information and progress of this and associated (by project leader) group buy projects. Whilst LEC hold no responsibility for this and similar projects we are sufficiently concerned to recommend that no further commitment/agreement to such ventures be undertaken by LEC members while an agreement, between the group buy instigator and those Members owed money, as to the way forward of this and associated group buys is sought. We suggest that all those involved in these group buys contact the project leader for either a full refund of their monies or a confirmed delivery date which should be expected to be reasonably practicable. It is our opinion that group buys organised by a single project leader should be restricted to one thread at a time and each project should be completely satisfied before another is started. As a group we cannot and will not intentionally provide a platform for any person to take money for goods and not produce them on a reasonable timescale.
This thread and others started by the same project leader have been locked and an exclusive area for Members to muster and air their grievances has been constructed. Access to this area can be gained by contacting me [Sy V] by Private Message (PM). We will update the membership of this area with any information as we receive news of progress.
