Roys of Wroxham Car Park, Sunday 1.30pm

Excellent Condition SE, Metallic Blue, J185 ***, 69k miles, red stripes on seats. Waited around to speak to the owner, but was in running gear and sweating a lot..went off to buy an ice cream after 5 minutes.

WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, THE BEST CONDITION SE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Convoyed with a BRG Elan on the M5 southbound yesterday......I was doing an economy run and the driver MADE me hoof it to keep up with him for 15 miles after he'd overtaken....it was emotional 8)

Hi From silk red Elan on M25, but not j3???? Chertsey junction I think........that was sooooooooooooooo embarrasing, the roof up IN JULY! My son and I just wanted the ground to swallow us up  ........but we were so sure that there was an enormous downpour about to dump on us when I drove out of the garage, jeez just couldnt believe it when we saw you guys, caught red handed!

We decided to check out the DTM exhibition at Mercedes World hence leaving the motorway when we saw you. I think that we may have seen your car parked at Brooklands earlier this year, maybe it was the very wonderful VSCC driving test day, uh whats happened to my memory? Love attending VSCC events such pure motoring, loads of fun and joyous machinery. The Grafton cycle car that day just blew me away.

If was your car we saw at Brooklands it has an amazing paint job, wondering where and how much....wow thats very cheeky of me to ask that, hope you dont mind?

Hopefully we will bump into you (not literally of course) again, when we have the hood down as we usually do, honest. We live Ealing area so who knows. if you reply it may take me a ittle while to acknowledge.

Warmest regards Ian

This morning on the way to work. Clay lane Burpham Guildford just off the A3. White Elan with blue roof up! :poke: Appreciated the flash and the wave. Only occasionally commute in mine on Sunny Days - so today was the first time for a very long time!

Spotted on the A303 going south - a red elan with the rear wheels on a trailer thing being towed with the front wheel on the ground? It was being towed by a large pickup truck thing with another crashed car on the back. wonder why they didn't put the back wheels down instead?

Looked a bit sad but no visible damage that I could see
