Excellent speech advice...you could always practise the speech on us at the curry
:bonk: :chair:

We're leaving at 4pm, will go straight to the Curry House, so should hopefuly be there just in time! Will call if we're held up to place our food order!

Whilst we're hijacking threads, does anyone have a breathalyser kit from the Britanny trip that they don't need now? If not will get one from eBay, but would rather buy someone a pint instead

Getting excited now...spent all morning polishing the car...and fitted a new battery (with one hand!)

Better get in quick before everyone else does - mine is still in the glovebox and I'll happily swap the pair of 'em for a pint

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

Apparently it's about 24 minute drive from our Travellodge - so whats the parking like? is there somewhere to park, somewhere to avoid, or just find a space on the street?

Unless that £4 will get me back to the TL, I'll have to drive anyway, so the street it is then :D

Blue I believe.
He had no immediate plans to re-tax the red one when I spoke to him last month.

Having had no confirmation of otherwise, I'm aiming to be at the curry house just before 8pm - or is there a different RVP?

(don't bother replying after 1330 today, 'coz i wont be here! - give me a ring instead, ta :D )

....and yes, It's the blue one (i'll hide the tatty paint out of the way for the photos - unless it's raining, in which case it doesn't notice too bad - lets hope for rain    )
Dave

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
