looking to get the ball rolling on this project. I need to have 5 confirmed orders and may need a deposit before production starts, but idealy id like to avoid that. the price should be £175 plus postage for a raw molding, will get confirmation of this from the glassing company before any money is taken. I wont be painting or supplying lights, but i will supply full intructions and the wiring kit is available.
please ignore the panel gaps, the bumper and boot arnt fixed on but im hoping this shows what you will get. whats being supplied is in the bottom half of the picture. the top shows how it looks painted and ready for lights.

Plinth looks good so count me in when you have enough takers for the 5. Also, can you let me know where and how the number plate lights are located. Do you also have pictures of the reverse side.

this is a shot of the first one made up by the company, it was unfortunately cut too short at the edges but im realy pleased with the quality, its finished in grey gelcoat and if im correct it made up using 1200gsm of material which is something like 4 layers of 300gsm.
Ive had this plinth a while and ive not looked after it well, so forgive the marks/dirt but im hoping this shows the quality of workmanship.

I don't see any reason why it would not fit a fed Elan, btu I'm not 100% on that.
The plate light fits into the trunk lid so this has to be re-wired. I have a strip of white LEDs on mine. The plinth has been designed for a UK number plate so a US one may look wrong in that wide recess.

Hi sorry to anyone i didnt reply to its been a busy year, adjusting to fartherhood. i didnt get enough interest in this to push it forward, and i still dont have the funds to take a punt at it, its still something im interested in persuing but cant justify it at this point in time sorry. Also im pretty sure these arent right for federal elans and that was why LGM did her own conversion, but again its something i could look into when this project gets moving again.
