Running a bit close to Christmas now, so both folks and pubs are getting booked up, but if there is an appetite for a get together then how about the Airballoon at Birdlip.

Choices are:

Lunch or evening

I haven't looked at the menu or prices, check the website and have a think

Personally, despite some ongoing personal issues that should be resolved by then, I'm game for any date (though the 8th makes most sense), lunch with SHMBO assuming I can book a table. And I care not either way if it is the Christmas Menu or just the static.

Thought it might be. Chances are though I will be away skiing if it's between 15th and 22nd. And I will be at Club Lotus NW post Xmas bash 19/20/21 Jan too. (Yes I know Warks isn't in the NW but I used to live up there!!!) They are at Stirk House Hotel again: nice venue.

Might actually make it one day.....

My daily is now kitted out for winter with Hankook Icebear winter tyres and a set of chains in the boot. Throw anything at me I'll get through, exept 2ft+ of water: it doesn't float!

If you've never used winter instead of summer tyres in snow , you don't know what you're missing

Okay, so I've definitely replied too late for the 23rd November! I can do 1st December at the air balloon but none of the other dates, and it sounds like there's not much interest so far.

Given Nov-April was hibernation time, do we all try for a May meet? 2nd(if cambelt change goes ok otherwise daily tintop) 16th 23rd good for me but am going to Ypres meet on 9th.

Any proposals for venue, given West Midlands seems to stretch from Birmingham to Weston on the Mud via Chippenham!!!!

I'm busy up until about the 15th May, so some time after that would be my personal preference...

As to location, what about the Coach and Horses in Weatheroak??
