She works Sundays - so I cant say for sure at this time - if she does come, we'll be leaving earlyish on Sunday morning.

I thought Donington was ideal because it had both a track & exhibition centre? But now we're not going to have a track event???

& I wanted to see the Blue Beast spin off on its sighting lap too.

What?? Surely they aren't having the Lotus weekend on the same weekend as their busiest race meeting?

Are you sure the dates (for both) are correct?

on the Donington park website they show the BTCC event for that weekend see here

on the Club lotus website, they state the same dates for the 'annual show' see here

Not sure of the implications (other than get your hotel bookings in early!!!) for us - CL state that they're looking for a Lotus trackday on the Friday - but how that would work with the BTCC practice sessions I don't know...... :?

Not sure how things will pan out - or what CL were thinking - but if the CL trackday at Castle Combe 2 years ago is anything to go by, having that event in the middle of a 3-day MX5 racing weekend wasn't a great idea :?
