Dinner is one thing, dancing is directly proportional to alcohol intake.
At this point I have an impulse to post dancing GIFs so I imagine something like the following:

Wayne/Elaine - I notice that you've not put your names down for the Saturday convoy as obviously your Elan will still be in Arizona. Don't despair though - the Sat meet up in the car park of the Travelodge and subsequent is one of the highlights of the weekend and I'm sure there will be any number of people with spare seats happy to take you both to the venue

I will only be 20mins from Donington, so don't need Travelodge but would like to know where the feeding takes place!!!!

Although traditionally the Sat. night entertainment has been held in The Navigation Inn by the canal in Shardlow. Good beer, excellent pub grub and a room that can be pre-booked to take the LEC throng

There will be a few but as you can see from the thread so far, Saturday is the big one for Elans. The Esprit crowd tend to favour Sunday.
