It is likely I shall drive home after dinner this eve so that means I'll have to stay sober and can offer a space (two if someone braves the boot) back to the Travelodge.
If the dinner is too late after Donington I may not hang around. May have to see how things flow!
Men are like a fine wine.
They begin as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the sh * t out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.

As per the Friday night curry I can organise transport for the Saturday night.
Assuming everyone stopping at the Travelodge wants transport I currently make it 13 seats required. DavidEJM is down for stopping at the travelodge Saturday but is not down for the evening?
I am open to suggestions for what times people want transport arranged.
Edit: Removed Fredjohn query.

I assumed at the Navigation Inn as per usual, I think it was mentioned in the main thread somewhere.

I'll be travelling home directly after dinner, so can offer a lift to one person to Travelodge or Hilton as both more or less en route (sorry only one, I only have 2 seats

)

OK, I've phoned the Navigation Inn and booked us in just to make sure there is room. Would be looking to get there around 19:30.
I'm also just waiting to hear back from my minibus enquiries, I'll update both threads when I have confirmation.

Am I too late to add another 2 for the Navigation Inn? No transport required.

I've just phoned through rough numbers so shouldn't be a problem.

OK Minibus is booked, had to flex my planned times slightly but should still be OK.
Leaving Travelodge at 19:30
Return Pick-up at 00:00
14 or 16 seater - £60 total (£60/14 = £4.26 each)
As it may be a 14 seater I cant guarentee we can fit anymore people in.
Edit: And Navigation Inn is expecting us.

I will not need to phone the Navigation for minor changes in numbers.
However as per the curry thread, transport costs are fixed as the minibus will have to do the same trip whether full or not, if people drop out it gets more expensive for everyone else.

Graham,
Lisa has just dropped on me that she's working later than her rota says.
So I'll be coming on my own.
