For this to work I would suggest printing the list out and trying to hit the junctions at the right times, it will be all too easy to get there too early

I can phone Paul as we pass the juction (texting isn't an option)
all you need to do is stop him talking(not easy)
get in your cars and catch us up

Everyone should also make sure their fueled up, getting eleven cars together only for one to stop for petrol would be a tad silly

Pulling in at every junction isn't really practical

Shouldn't need to pull in.
I've timed most of it at a mile per minute (60mph). It may seem a tad slow but it will allow you to adjust your speed to pass each junction at the correct time without having to exceed the speed limit (unless the variables get switched on at something lower than 60 )
