I have spoken to Goodwood Ticket Office and they have said that there will not be a problem getting in
but as a precaution I will print my confirmation email as evidence. See you all Sunday.

They said the same to me when i phoned them so see you on Sunday looking forward to it.

You will all get in but you won't necessarily get on the grid. To up your chances try getting there at 7am you'll also beat the queues (of mainly MX5's).

I'm doing a track day there tomorrow so I'll leave a nice long '11' over pole position.

Guys i will be at Maccy Dees by 7.45 at the latest . The gates don't open to eight so not much point in getting there much earlier. Maccy Dees is five minutes from the gate or half an hour if we have to queue.

sorry for missing the maccy d meet - not sure how they think of organising these events at Goodwood but surely it would be easy to just line both sides of teh track with soft tops until the track is full then fill the car parks?!

Had a good day at Goodwood and met Nick and Paul briefly but spent most of the day with Alan.
We spent the day admiring cars worth a lot more than ours but what did make the day
was when Alan, whilst we were admiring a very smart Lotus Elan Sprint, started speaking to
a gentleman what was also taking photos of the said sprint. Alan said 'have you seen the white
one up the track a little way it's in a right state' only to discover that the gentleman was the
owner! I handed him a spade so he could dig a bigger hole
Thanks Alan for guidance back to M23 and will definitely do it again next year.
Great pub visit afterwards too.

Thanks for that Trevor I am still digging that hole what was the odds of him being the owner I had a great time spending money I don't have on new cars hope to meet up again soon
