Just to avoid any confusion, I already have a club pass through EALC for the weekend.
I will display on their pitch Sunday as it seems more LEC members may need a space on that day.
Looking forward to meeting some members and their cars.

as far as I can see, the entrance tickets that Geoff sent me are surplus to requirements, I know Lansledj wants 2 for Sunday, so I would assume that Woody can have the other two, I also have 4 Saturday tickets. The car passes he sent are all spoken for. If I have got this wrong can someone let me know?

If Geoff hasn't managed to get the passes out to Stef or Shaun I will try and have a word with someone on Friday when I arrive and explain the situation in the hopes we can sort it out. The worst case is that as the Friday contingent have SELOC camping tickets they will let us through to the SELOC camping area on Friday and then one of us will need to come out to collect passes on Saturday morning from Merv or Geoff.

Didn't get any addresses so I still have them. I hope to be there on Saturday morning, but at the minute my whole exhaust is on the garage floor and I need to be at my parents from 8 until 1 tomorrow to wait for BT to fix the phone line.

SELOC camping seems to eliminate the need for access tickets. I also read that entry is available to Black pass holders (the tickets you mention?) or Lotus owners. So, maybe, passes are not needed??

Sounds good Trevor I'm up for meeting around 8:00 (yawn) at the lay-by next to the Thistle hotel on Sunday.
Just in case the approach road is a little busy or we can't stop there would a good back up meeting point be the in Thistle Hotel car park? Just a thought.

Ive blown my coolant header tank after being stuck in traffic for over an hour on the M25. Ive made it to the campsite but would like to ask a favour from someone if I can.

If anyone has a spare header tank would you mind bringing it down so I can replace mine, I'll obviously pay you for it or buy you a new one.

When you say blown are we talking big split around the seem or a pin hole?

It's the seam that's gone unfotunately so doubt I can repair it here. I'll order a new one when I get home, I just need to actually get home though.

Try Hidsons Vauxhall Rainham Kent 01634 388114 for new header tank for nova/corsa up to 1992. Its a long shot but it may help.

Can you get some Araldite? If you clean the tank and fix with some Araldite on that should get you home..

..there are hardware shops in Orpington - couldn't find any nearer

(used with success on a leaking rad. even though the specification says it shouldn't work)

I do have a spare here but I'm over 1 hour away.

I've spoken to Iain who is coming down tomorrow and he is bringing his header tank which is incredibly good of him so I should be OK now.

Cool experts are taking their lotus m100 stock and will be placed in the trade village.

I have bought an Ali replacement after suffering a similar fate and would fully recommend upgrading so you never suffer the same issue again.
