I did pm novacaine (Jon) and lansledj (David) about starting a convoy around M25 and was planning starting a list nearer date
for meeting points and times, so still have that in mind.

My Elan is now out of hibernation so this is probably too good an event for me to resist.

I'm in.

Edit: Although reading through the thread on TLF they are limited to 150 cars and have already hit the limit!?

Edit 2: Apparently there is public parking available as well for anybody not on the list.

Parking Attendant: Are you on the list?
Lotus Owner: Yes
Parking Attendant: I can't find you on the list
(Beeping of a row of Lotus cars waiting to get in)
Lotus Owner: Well your list must be wrong, are you going to let me in, or shall I just wait here until you fetch someone to sort it out?
(more beeps)
Parking Attendant: Erm, erm, okay sir, not problem, come on in.

From TLF
Bibs, on 23 Mar 2014 - 10:40 PM, said:MBW have asked us to restrict people using the public parking since it's needed for the public to park. That said, the Brooklands Museum has parking too...
Bibs, on 30 March 2014 - 01:02 PM, said:Sorry, this event is full, you'll need to add your name to the reserve list I'm afraid. We've had a few drops outs so you'll more than likely be able to be one of the 150, keep an eye on this thread
please don't think this doesn't apply to LEC.......it does so if youre not in or on the reserve list you aint gonna get parking.....
unless its parked at the Brooklands Museum and
NOT MBW
I’m normally not a praying man, but if you’re up there, please save me, Superman.
