Midlands Lotus Owners Club (MLOC) would like to invite you guys to our annual summer event on Sunday 27th July 2014. We have an early morning run planned on some of the best roads in the Peak district, a breakfast stop and then we have our own display area in front of the magnificent House at Chatsworth, a catered picnic, raffle and car of the day competition. You can join in all of it or just turn up at Chatsworth - whatever takes your fancy.
The event is in it's third year now and is going from strength to strength - we had 57 cars in the first year, 100 last year and are aiming for 200 this year. The only trouble is we haven't had any M100 Elans along yet! Can you help? I saw a huge great big posse of you at the Club Lotus do at Donington last year and it looked great.
We are also having a wee pub meet the night before at The Devonshire Arms, Beeley, near Chatsworth if you fancy making a weekend of it.
If you are interested please have a look on the MLOC site at midlandslotus.co.uk. It costs £7.50 per car to park and go on the run plus £11pp (I think) if you want the picnic (it's really nice), and we would ask you to pre-pay on the MLOC online shop please. I should say it's a not for profit thing, we do it for the love of the cars and the craic. You could turn up at Chatsworth and pay on the day but we would prefer you to pre-pay as it helps with the organisation, but if you want the run and/or picnic it is strictly pre-pay only.
I hope to see a few of you there!
Thanks

Hi inkitin. Have a look at the top of the MLOC homepage and you will see "Store". Click on there and et voila!
I am not sure if you have to join but if you do it's free and only takes a minute.
Thanks. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Hopefully I will too - weather permitting. I'll pay on the day.
Cor, 7.20am at Matlock Bath railway station is a bit of an early start (the old system won't know what's hit it!), but numbers are looking amazing so far - they've almost got
*100* Lotuses pre-booked already!

Shout out to anyone else Notts/Derbys/Staffs/Cheshire based: up for it?
