Do we have a source for stainless screws that fix interior and exterior trim on our Elan's ? and how are they described " pan head or something else "

If you are close to Dumfries you have a great little shop called McDermid Supply Company Ltd at 13 Greystone Crescent, Carnegie Street, Dumfries, DG1 1PG. Its tucked away in the corner and doesn't look much from the outside but inside its Narnia! Spent hours in their drooling over shiny things that glint in the light.
You'll be able to get virtually all your stainless steel screws, bolts and washers from them and if you want anything unusual they can order it. Really good prices.
