The Bo'ness thread was started 10 yrs ago and outdated so I'm starting a new thread for Club Lotus meets at Bo'ness and all the LEGS meets that are on. For those of you not on Facebook LEGS pulls together CL, Lotus Drivers Club, Scottish Elises etc all into one place. There is a regular breakfast meet 1st Sun of month etc. CL Boness still 2nd Wed each month. (I might also add all the MX5 meets for all the Scottish Lotus owners currently in MX5s just t keep MacAffro on his toes

)

Scott, if this is to become a regular thing then I can move it to the "UK Regional Meetings (Regular)" section if you like and make it a sticky post. But you'll need to commit to keep amending your original post with the title of the next meeting.
What say ye?

Neil, OK, move this to regular UK meets but no need for sticky, I'll update as and when. In UK meets if you can unsticky the Bo'ness Club Lotus thread and sticky my new thread re Bo'ness CL & LEGS meets which is now far more relevant than a thread started 10 yrs ago. Thanks.

Blimey, how many threads?!? I might as well just combine them all into one, then interested parties only have to look in a single place, can skip straight to the end, and simply add to it. The last page of the original thread is still relevant as posts have been made in it late last year/early this. Plus it has potentially useful info about previous venues, dates and attendees.

Well free sausage and rolls + a slice of tatty scone (told thats a wedgie thing by the Edin pooftas) and a Nescafe from lamborghini. Most of the cars in showroom had sold do not touch stickers, but a LP something silly was still available at £375,000. Obviously Mark in Rambo, Big Archie in his Esprit, and me in my MX5 weren't their target audience. Though thanks for the brunch.

Hoping to be there Scott. I'll aim for 1930 and then in for a quick ginger beer and gossip

I will have a surprise guest passenger with me

Going to try and make this.
Whats the script, do you park anywhere or is it a bit territorial?

Morciii - if you can make it on Wed there should be at least 3 or 4 M100's (Alan Head's lovely S2, Jamie's one with the best seals in the world and a McLaren F1 wiper system, Par's new Blackie which is Scott's old JPS one and mine which will definitely turn heads for sound and looks

) to drool over. A couple of times last year they were the model most represented in the car park much to the amazement of the older RWD lot !! There are an ever growing no. of new LEC M100 owners in Scotland which is excellent news. I will also be bringing a familiar face with me as a passenger who hopes to get another M100 and/or a PS Esprit sometime soon.
Oh aye, I nearly forgot to mention that there is also an Mx-5 branch meeting at Blowness the same evening with some very friendly and enthusiastic members
