Take your pick:
Incompatibility of Bobbing Rastard's hub and PNM's rear calliper.
Waiting for engineering company to finish the internal disc spacers.
Still waiting for picture of Muley's old car's offside handbrake cable attachment to the calliper from the new owner.
Looks like rain.
Don't like softies.
Can't be arsed.

things here are not looking good,
all the bits that have been taken out of the car have clear coat, however the rear section is becoming impossible to paint as i cant get a day where it doesnt rain and the neighborus are away (dont want to leave clear coat on their cars)
ill probably only be able to know if i will turn up or not closer to the date.

tried something similar before with plastic sheets but the wind wouldn't help.
Don't have any "old" sheets, I moved away from parents place only 3 years ago, as a bachelor, buying any kind of fabric is extremely low in my shopping list.
Will have a look at local charities saturday, there's car boot sale on sunday, just need to be sure to get something big enough to do the job

still need to fit the front bumper,
wheel arches
find out why the side repeaters are not working (they are connected in the little connection at the rear of the wheel arch but seems like there's something else missing.
If i'm not there by half 8 i probably wont turn up (meaning im still scratching my head trying to figure out how to get the repeaters working again).

Cheers Martin but.............
Given that this is the first thing I read on the Wiki page
"
If you damage your Elan or endanger your life as a result of something you read here, it is your responsibility."
I think I'll read it in the morning
