Hi all has anybody had work done on there lotus m100 in the Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas
,as i have problems with my electric windows not working (both)if so can anybody recommend a garage thanks guys.

I haven't (being on the other side of the pond) but someone might drop by shortly with a comment. But, perhaps you could explain your problem - a simple solution might be at hand.

If both aren't working then it suggests an electrical fault, the easiest place to check supply is in the switches both of which have a 20 amp feed, the common circuit is protected by a 50amp Maxi Fuse (D1) behind where the dashboard and centre console meet.

Hi I have power to the switches as both lights light up when pressed .They were both working a bit slow but working until I had a brake servo fitted at a garage which I won't mention the name when I collected the car the windows failed to work not even a slight movement

The light in the switches come from a different fused supply and maxifuse D1 is only used for the windows so Pete's advice is good.

Thanks didn't know about that will try that fuse tomorrow keeping fingers crossed.

Whoa, hold your horses on that, those maxi fuses are a real bitch to get access to. You would probably be best to check the continuity at the 20amp fuses under the dash first.

It may be possible to access the maxi fuses via the Radio aperture but I e never tried.

Anyone else got any experience?
