How to proceed for entry/LEC parking lot tickets ?
I'll be there for the weekend, arriving on Saturday morning.

I should mention that I accidentally contacted Paul at LotRDC a few days ago as I launched the bookings for one of the VBOA's autojumbles. My email to Paul about last year's festival (asking for a place) was somehow still constipated in that email outbox and sent itself as soon as I opened the client. Needless to say Paul got back to me to say that they hadn't made stand arrangements yet and to contact him again in May/June so I duly apologised and said if he didn't mind I'd go back to him then to see if he could fit us in again. Happy to do that or leave it to someone else more established.

Is anyone already coordinating this at our end? I'm happy to contact Paul if he's still the right person to approach.

That's fine. As above I accidentally emailed Paul (delayed send from a faulty account) earlier in the year and he said to get back in touch later.
