Ian, sorry I'm now a little confused with your spreadsheet. I have entry tickets which were purchased through TLF but do not have passes for LEC stand. These presumably you are obtaining and will either post or probably give on the day when we meet up? Is my understanding correct?

I'm bringing one of my Grandson's on Sunday so would appreciate one of the complementary tickets if possible.

I'll change the headings then.

The table in Excel is there to tell me what to send to each of you. If no tickets are needed (because you already bought them) I won't send any. Where it said 'Passes' this was to indicate the number of passes needed (i.e. Elans attending) and this is independent of the number of free (LEC) tickets needed.

I will allocate a free ticket to you though, your paid one will then be for your grandson.

Tell you what, if we don't allocate them all, and assuming Bibs has no objection, we may be able to hand you more at the gate. I'd need to see your birth certificate and receive verbal testimony that it's legitimate from all four of your great grandparents of course.

On a more serious note, have you already bought any of the tickets you need?

Like Trevor I have my ticket from TLF and it came with a black window hanger, according to the map linked to in the first post of this thread the black hanger allows entry to the display area I believe, perhaps someone could confirm this. The hanger also states that entry should be prior to 0900hrs.

Ian, you might want to update the list indicating that I already have a ticket and pass, it might relieve the pressure on the number of passes required.

Ooookay, catch up time.

For all those with tickets and black 'VIP Parking' passes already from SELOC or TLF, we are going to work on the basis that you can get to the stand using those, which means that we can get to our agreed (with Bibs) 20 limit if enough people attend.

Stef: Yes, removed you from the 'action' list as I can't send you anything useful (no Elan this year ) - hopefully you'll have the red Blip back in action for next year.

Paul69: Can't help with providing a blonde to accompany you, but can book you in to attend on Sunday. Understand you have a ticket but no 'VIP Parking' pass - please email me your address and whether you intend to bring a (blonde or otherwise) passenger.

steve291274: Yes, I've added you, please send me your postal address to the email address in the first post in this thread.

Vipers: If you don't already have a VIP Parking pass, I will post it to you at the address you email to me as per the top post in this thread.

Mitreklov and Alan e: Great - don't think I need to send you a pass now, you should be good to get in.

I'll also email my mobile number to everyone attending just in case something goes wrong with the arrangements and you get stuck at the gate. Not sure what I'll be immediately be able to do to help, but I do know a man who can.

Hi Ian, My TLF obtained tickets do not have a special access section just basic ticket. So presumably when we arrange to meet prior to entry you will give us the LEC stand passes??
