I *could* go, but it's a long drive for a beer on my own........ maybe best to give this one a miss and see you next month.

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

Dave, looks like I missed you before we go, which I blame myself (I should have ignored Geoff). When you next see Jaoa please return his pump, I never got a chance. Similiarly, I have your brake widget which is in my garage, if I get a chance I'll post it today or get my son to do it.
Best wishes to you all, I really enjoyed the WM Meets, apart from the odd bar maid. And will catch you all again.

Pete,
No rush on the brake tool - you have enough on your plate. I'm sure that in a couple of weeks time, when you're sitting in the shade with a bottle of Keo, that life will seem pretty good.
Have a safe and trouble-free transformation - we'll catch up whenever.

Let's just call this one off, Peter has not confirmed, and there's no point on just 2 people meeting, particularly when im not very good with the making conversation part
So i'll see you guys next month

If you'd piped up before I would have picked you up on the way - the car would have been quite toasty by the time i got to your house......
...... except I went with the roof down ('cos it wasn't raining until I got to Gloucester).... still, with the heated seats and a wooley hat, it was fine (maybe a pair of gloves and a scarf would have made it a bit better though).

Oh dear; I appear to have made a slight miscalculation as I discovered once I got home that the 10th December wasn't such a great choice....
Either we move it a bit - some other time in that week OR you guys carry on without me. I can speak to the pub re. our booking - they didn't look exactly over-booked. So apologies for the c*ck up, but it's not the end of the earth either way.
Menu appearing here shortly; we need to pre-order a week before-hand.
Second question is are we going for 2 courses or 3??

No prefernece from here, i will probably take my dad or brother along, but that needs deciding closer to the date.
In the meanwhile i got a driveway and cv joint to worry about. I dont think ill have the elan on the road for at least another month, probably 2

A movement in date would be preferable to a non attendance!
