What's this panel inside the hood storage section ? Looks new and has swarf nearby. Also what's the black plastic piece in the foreground ? Looks like it's a shrowd for some electrical wires ?

Looks like a replacement cover for the fuel filter, which someone has taken the precaution of earthing.
The plug cover looks like the one on the loom for the factory alarm.

Not on 3 I've had either. Suggest you ask the previous owner.. may be somebody's idea of a ground plate for an aerial to improve reception.Phil

Errmm.........thanks !! Could you elaborate just even slightly ?! Was it to do with electrics ?
It did have a new alarm fitted before I bought it and a new radio.
