LOTUS ELAN M100 [ CASTLE COMBE ] 2018 JOB DONE.

Great. This is beginning to gather momentum and starting to feel like Castle Donington in the early days

Its great for the future of LEC because everyone loved the annual meet up, curry, beers, convoy, chinwag, putting faces to names etc.... of the old days It forged friendships and kinship that is still going strong 12 or 13 years later

2. saltire. S2 512 sleeping in my nice warm bed 5 miles away, but up for any evening entertainment this year
3. Pinky . not a limited edition - but it is unique! (camping/campervan or similar - who knows!)
4. Rambo - posh camping + Friday beer Fest/Sat curry
5. rip - camping
6.Tuga - Camping days to be confirmed
7. BOLLECKS to the gazebo
8. Nicowalker1 +2 (Caravaning without the Elan)
9. Steve A & my good lady who has already given the thumbs down to camping but we found a nice B&B last time

Spare pants not needed, you stayed well within the capabilities of the Elan - I didn't even hear the tyres squeak!

PS know it was only a parade lap but there seemed to be no speed restrictions. And El Geoffos spun his car the previous year on the parade lap but the less said about that the better

If you can't spin it on the parade lap you're not trying hard enough. At least I stayed on the track unlike the Esprit and Elise in front of me.

That's what I've done for the last 10+ years - no membership, no cost.

As Geoff says it's free to attend and membership not required: you only have to pay if you want to take your car onto the track. And that is (probably) restricted to members only as numbers are limited.
