Kathryn,
as always, each to their own - I like the idea of the 'gold leaf' colour scheme, but don't think that the lines of the M100 work well with the split of the colours - not the worst attempt that i've seen to recreate it, but not for me.
(He's hoping for a 100% profit for a few cans of paint and 100 miles driven in 2 years..... a bit like the previous annual mileages under previous ownership

)
Dave
Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

I'm almost 99.99% sure
Isn't that Dico's Blue Beast ???

PS no mention of the Quaife LSD though

Well, it's very interesting. It could be an absolute minter - always garaged - with a full service history - in which case it might be on the money or it might be a piece of cack

to justify that price tag i would be expecting something extraordinary. i know someone whos car was valued at 8k by the drivers clus a few years ago and he's car is in amazing condition. i would be very surprised if this car was in better condition than the one im thinking of.
also, for that price tag i would be expecting at least a mention about galvanised rear wishbones, condition of the seals and an immaculate interior.
i love the idea of the value of these going up. but honestly i find it unlikely now that everyone is moving away from petrol.

FWIW I am not at all keen on what they've done to Dico's car.
But hey, each to his or her own

Hmmm. I don't like the way the number plate is fixed on. Perhaps it was re-sprayed and they got the tea boy to fit it?

Dicos beast, add some white paint and a gold pin stripe and hey presto, doubles in value. Par made a mistake taking the gold pin stripe of Black Beastie when I sold it, at todays prices that stripe is worth £2-3000 .

Some people beat Rambo from A to B.

I contacted the seller of the blue NA in Torbay with a few questions like cam belt change history , roof seal condition etc and was told bid and I may then answer your questions .
Someone said that there was a list of failed items on the 2017 MOT test .What were they as I can't access it as my IP address is outside the UK.
Have the seats been recovered or are they non original replacements ?
Regards
Mark

I would stay away from it just by that.
unless its a car for sale as spares or repairs. i would expect questions like that to be answered in the most civil manner. even if its a "dont know" or" cant seee that untill later"
