Be aware that as at 6pm Friday 10th Aug all 7000 tickets were sold out.

However I ASSUME that this includes the 20 tickets allocated to each club. If so, then LEC still has 8 tickets available (20 less 17 listed plus 5 taken direct).

Having now arrived in deepest darkest Cornwall, I now have internet access again!

I'm glad that Trevor has grabbed hold of the mantle on behalf of LEC, cos I have only just got an email from Bibs, which I haven't replied to..... I'm happy for you to carry on and thus avoid any duplication of efforts.

I won't be trying to grab a ticket from elsewhere, so would appreciate one when you get them Trev. No need to post it out to me, as I shall be there at whatever time I get through the traffic on the day (probably late afternoon) and can meet up wherever/whenever is appropriate.

As it appears that 'accomodation' will be provided on site, we shouldn't need the gazebo (John O ), but I shall bring a couple of chairs, table, kettle and teabags etc etc, John, I assume that you are able to fit the banner in the capacious loadspace of the Evora, so at least we will have some identity on our patch - even if you can't park your own car on it!!!!!

Dave, good to see you back on-line. Happy to take control of tickets, hopefully Bibs got my email response and tickets will be on there way, albeit eventually.

But, at least, we've got our request for allocation in and we get a allocated space with a marquee (not a gazeebo!). I will pm you my mobile details.

Well, if it's cr@p, I'll blame you (just booked it for the 2 nigbut be hts).

It looks good on the internet - most importantly, it's well located for what we need (walkable to Dunston Hall if required) - and better than Dunstons 'best' prices.....

..... that said, if Bibs comes in with a 'can't be beaten' price, I have the option to cancel up to a couple of days before arrival - what's not to like????

I was just anxious that we (LEC) get sufficient for our requirements, as I knew that they would be oversubscribed (but I also knew that Bibs would see us right).

It is apparent from the list (and what I have established from the TLF posts) that a few of 'our' number will be bringing another from their large collections of Loti, and thus although we have many on the list, we are nowhere near to the 20 cars we are 'allowed'.....

…..that said, I'm sure there will be others who will wish to attend, and nearer to the time a decision can be made as to which cars are on the LEC stand (or even if anyone would rather not due to timings of arrival etc). It is far to early to be organised - it may be that Lotus would expect 'display' cars to be there early and leave late, so that may have an impact of who wants to do what...……… we'll see in due course.

Just booked the Holiday Inn ( with cancellation ) For Friday night 2 mile up the road from you guys at Mangreen. Then i will catch up with you for the Saturday. Unless Mangreen becomes available for Friday .
