We can't have a group buy without Dico. That just wouldn't be proper.
He told me he is 'over the Lotus thing' but what if he changes his mind. He has to start with some spares!

Yes i have managed to track down the jig from Andy on the Isle of Skye which is part of the jigsaw puzzle. I spoke with him at length about how to make . Having been rather pleased with this i wanted to post YAY hoops to be remade. However i then thought further as i needed Simon's blessing to re make said hoops. Simon is also happy for these to be remade. I spoke to him a few days ago and tried to gain as much knowledge as to the fiddly bits. This was a bit too complex over the phone. The next step will be a road trip to collect the parts and see where to go from there. At least all the remaining part will be back in one place awaiting a potential "group buy" list.

This is good progress following a lot of detective work not to mention going to get the jigs etc so well done to Dave for your patience and determination
Not wanting to state the obvious here but is it now just a case of finding a good roll cage manufacturer that will use the jigs and give a quote ?

Right guys .
I have edited the top of page 1 with the information of what , where , how .
In order to keep it quite simple at this stage i wish to use all the same people that simon used. This way we have known fabricator. Though from what Andy and Simon have said Installation is the thing that will need to be followed / learned via the instructions and templates.

Next month the construction work on my house / garage starts. When finished I will have a little slice of M100 heaven! I can install & document & make a manual without a doubt

I don't think adding your name would be binding at this early stage, it's just a guide to see who's interested , ( I hope ).
