I've now arranged something else, sorry.
Eta/ thought you couldn't make it and there was no other interest.
Could the 'Hokey-Cokey' actually be what it's all about?

Ho hum. Maybe next year.
Are you doing H+C on 8 Aug? Maybe in the garden?
Cheers

I will be back but unfortunately not tonight
I have to go to my eldest sons on Friday and it’s just not in my ability (stubbornness rather than monetary) to give 2 ferry fares to the Pirates of the Solent twice in one week
See you soon

Ok we're sitting here at hen and chickens discussing the spin and scoff. We've come up with the date of the 2nd of September, which is a Sunday. We haven't come up with a venue yet but it really depends on how many put their names down for it. Any ideas for the venue will be much appreciated.

So is everyone happy to go to bolderwood in the New Forest? The idea will be to have BBQs. All weather permitting of course. I don't know how busy it will be but can I propose that we arrive there for around 11: 30 - 12?

Hi Chris,
Yes, we're fine with that. Forecast looks OK (at the moment..)
See you there ~ assuming the rest of the party is OK with that.

Nice relaxing day, even the traffic was kind to us. Arrived home in the dark with the roof down, happy days

Next year already in the diary for the 1st September so no excuse for not coming - well unless it's raining, or the cars broken down, or.....

Yes, a grand day out.
Great food and great company.
Busy roads going home but otherwise fine.
We're pleased no-one has mentioned the boules result!
