Rear Wishbones

I am willing to help out with picking up parts from Jeemy, I understand the frustration of having paid for something and not receiving it.

I dont think however it will be that straightforward of arranging a date/time to pick up the parts, turning up at his place and getting everything that is outstanding and driving off into the sunset!

I had unfruitful attempts to pick up my own wishbones and had many failed promises of them being shipped even though they were ready

I also think we should refer to the trader in this thread as JEEMY and not Jamie (sealmaster) so others do not get confused between the two, who are at opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of how they go about things!

I too, would like a resolution to this seemingly endless problem. I hate to see people shafted and out of pocket and it's certainly not good for everything that is good about LEC and our tight knit little community. So, I am happy to go out with Steven (par) once we establish who is owed what. I have a van that would accommodate lots of bushed wishbones and rear custom hubs

But in the meantime we need a list of who is owed what, when they paid etc... and it is up to those that have shelled out hard earned ££££'s and $$$$'s to provide these details. Obviously Matt has a rear wishbone issue and I know ghat AB2CV is also owed a set of rear custom hubs

And, of course, we need Jeemy's full co-operation in this to provide the goods that have been promised

That would be amazing if you did that. If you were able to get my stuff and ship it I would gladly pay again for shipping just to be done with this. Keep us updated.

But someone needs to start the list !

Name, what orderered, what paid for, when, any other pertinent details etc...We need this comprehensive list with as much information as possible and full co-operation from Jeemy. All Steven and I can do is pick up the parts that have been promised and paid for up front.

I am also prepared act as the distribution centre and to drive south, to wherever is required for ongoing transfer (at my expense) in an effort to see this resolved as timeously as possible

Did anyone pay by credit card if so you will have a claim under section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974 he is in breach of contract so you can claim your money back via the credit card company.

Unfortunately, there is a time limit (at least for charges in the US) and his delaying tactics have pushed most well beyond.

I just wanted to offer my sincere gratitude to anyone willing to assist in collecting any parts. Those of you on the forum who have dealt with me over the past 15 or so years or so can likely attest that I will be sure that you won’t be stuck with any shipping bills. And probably add in a few pounds for a pint to say thanks for the effort!

Certainly disappointed that it has come to this- but again- very much appreciate any help in resolving amicably.
