Good question, Trevor. I’ve paid up front for 60 sets of stickers at the moment, (and the Sunday morning breakfast). So I’d like to get that money back somehow. Most people who have paid, have paid me direct.

The kitty has paid, among other things, for hotel accommodation for our VIPs, and for the LEC/Elan birthday cakes.

If you would like the kitty to reimburse me for the stickers on your behalf, you’ll need to ask Geoff or Clemo, ‘cos I don’t have access to the cash!

THE STICKERS ARE ORDERED!

They will go on sale for the first time at Castle Combe.

First dibs will go to those at the Castle Combe event, but those who are unable to attend are welcome to start a list, and I'll happily send out any left over afterwards

If I have understood correctly, the list is for those not going to CC, to receive stickers after the event. But it appears that the people on it are mostly going and want to collect at CC. Would it not be easier to have a who wants stickers list for everyone?

Well, Simon, that’s how it started - but then people who ARE going began to pay up and include their names on the list. But I think your idea is sensible, so let’s have a revised list and some rules of engagement:

1. If you want stickers, they are £3 per pack. Please add £1 for postage if appropriate (flat rate whether you one have one pack or several)
2. Payment: I’ve paid up front for the stickers, so you need to pay me please. Either use PayPal (email address in my profile), or PM me for bank details. Please use your forum name plus “stickers” as the payment reference. If you’re coming to Castle Combe, you can pay cash on collection, but please add your name to the list anyway, so I can hunt you down!
3. Delivery: I’ll post stickers out to non-CC attendees the week after the event. Please PM me your address
4. The List: Please edit the list (I’ve already made a start) with your name, and say whether you’re coming to CC or you want them posted. Please also say if you’re planning to collect, cash on delivery. I will update the payment status when I receive the money.

Just for the avoidance of any doubt, contributions to the kitty are mainly intended to cover events on the day at CC, such as our VIP guests accommodation, the birthday cake and so on. It doesn’t cover things I’ve already paid for up front, like the stickers, the Sunday morning breakfast, or the Group Buy hoses. I believe Geoff may also be using the kitty to fund the LEC mugs, but you’d need to ask him about that.
