I've been using it for a couple of years.... don't know how good it is, but it seems to help (by keeping the rubber a bit more supple/slippery).
It was recommended to me for the roof seals on my Astra CC, so I got some when we first had that car. i also put it on the door/window rubbers of the VW and the Elan.
It is basically 'just' a silicone grease in suspension, and easy-to-apply bottle.
Originally developed for harsh weather conditions, so never really took off in the UK - but every little helps.
