Damaged front wing

I am looking at photos of a1991s, Elan SE in a salvage sale that has a damaged passenger side wing with a fair chunk out of it and there is a yellow looking area underneath.
Is this the flexible inner guard or is this an inner moulded wing and part of the upper clam shell?
Is it possible to repair the wing or would I need to source a new/ used clam ?

Unfortunately they aren't!

Don't know what happened, but when you try again, use Preview before Submit so you can see if it worked

The front clam has an inner and outer skin running down both sides. You would need to check for stress cracks all over, especially around mounting bolt holes.
