LEC end of Covid Knees up With Barrie Wills

It seems like only this time last year we were all having a great time at Castle Combe (oh we were). Hopefully many of you will remember the Strawford centre talk hosted by Mike Kimberly and Barrie Wills . Barrie "bombshell" wills is a stickler for detail and giving away the odd trade secret.Who knew about the Reliant and Lotus tie up ? or that some of the M100's on the PDI line were taken home by top management. Yes your Elan could have been driven by Mike Kimberly and you didn't even know it ( apart from Merlot )
As most of this years events have been cancelled down and we don't really have much to look forward to. If you would like , And subject to dates and being given the all clear. We have pencilled in a night with Barrie. He has a book about his stint with John Delorean out at the moment (He doesn't mention it much!) with a short section about our M100. If we could support him on this is will give us back an evening of entertainment ten fold. I joke that it is to be held at Barrie's local boozer. Though subject to numbers and overnight accommodation it could be anyone centrally located's boozer and maybe a nice run out in the cars during the day or the day after

I am new to the Elan Central "world" having purchased a 1990 Elan in August last year. It is an early version with "opera glass" headlights. I would be interested in the end of Covid Knees up subject to date and location. Keep safe!
