They are printed in Nylon PA12, & I have then painted them in satin Black. I have chosen PA12 as it is slightly fexible, gives a decent finish & is stable to 175C so will not warp in the sun.
These are also available from Shapeways, but they have a porous surface, these, as you can see have a non porous, sealed finish.
I can do them for £12.50 a set , posted within the UK with Royal Mail tracked 2nd class, the Shapeways items are currently £39 a pair.
Delivery from the printers is around 3 weeks from time of order, then I have to send them on to those who purchase them, so I would say 4 weeks to your front door.
I would need to get at least 10 people who want them to get the price down to an acceptable level, otherwise they are £10 a piece!!!!
