I am new to the Elan Central "world" having purchased a 1990 Elan in August last year. It is an early version with "opera glass" headlights. I would be interested in the end of Covid Knees up subject to date and location. Keep safe!

Slightly

but just in case we were thinking of a venue in the Malmesbury area: The Smoking Dog of fond memory is no more. The staff have all been let go and the pub has not reopened. Butcombes (the brewery owners) are looking for a new lessee.
Since they want £60k a year rent (of which 1st quarter in advance), plus bills and staff wages, I won’t be applying . . .

I thought it was probably on borrowed time. That loss of income from me, Jim, Phil et al round about Castle Combe time was probably the final nail in the coffin. You will need to suss out a new venue for CC2021.
I will miss the beer, bangers, burgers, cider and live music festival

Yes, but is the BBBC event consistent with serving 'good quality food'

I can’t imagine this will be happening soon with the current situation, but I’d like to add my name as a relatively new owner and yet to meet anyone for when it hopefully happens.

Oh what a year . I hope everyone is safe and well. More than anything it would be great for us to have a get together. But the regulations are such that we will have to hold on till the the better times and also when our cars are not SORN for the winter months.
Stay safe , well and positive.
Kind regards from all of the team.
