It would have to be a day out for me with no overnight stay due to other commitments. Not going to commit myself to this just yet though, will wait and see how everything else pans out. :)

Just stay well away from the Brize ATZ (don’t ask me how I know)

Thanks for the offer, and warning.

Did you just score a ticking off, or the full CAA/GASCO re-education camp?

We do have controlled airspace up here in the Galloway “Bermuda triangle”, but it starts at 24,500 ft above sea level, so of limited concern for normally aspirated flat fours and sixes :D

It was politely suggested that the pilot in command might wish to consider an alternative flight plan on the next occasion . . .

I spoke with Alan , a la club lotus .. He says everything is going full steam ahead . 30 track tickets left .
The Elise is 25 years this year , but as they do not have an official main club nobody has bagged the grass verge. So i have . Private LEC / M100 parking again it is then.
LEC Gazebo at the ready .. err , who has the LEC gazebo? I can bring my 3m big un again if required.

Regarding the campsite i was gong to gibe them a ring , but cannot locate 2019's thread . So the Name and number eludes me.

Edit , found it .

Clemo
I've got the gazebo, but as at present I won't be at CC.

However I will be going to and from Woolacombe next week and could drop it off with someone en route.

Any volunteers? Geoff? Jonathan? Pete? Anyone else in that area who's going?

I’m happy to take care of it, John, but I’m in and out quite a bit next week. I’ll PM you a contact no and the code for the garage door electric lock in the event that we’re out.

If we’re here, happy to provide refreshments (in the garden, of course) subject to weather!

I'm about and have no plans to go out as my lockdown to-do list has not been completed.

Calling in here will only add on 10-15 minutes to your journey as you can leave at J14 and hop back on at J16.

Happy to provide refreshments and if it's raining we can put the gazebo up.

Clemo - good effort.

If the gazebo is too much of a logistics nightmare, then I still have the 'Mark 1' version in the loft and can bring it.

Due to popular demand, and the fact that if I don't get in quick to claim the credit for Clemo's great work, Geoff will try to grab the glory, and that'll never do.....

...... there is now a completely sparkling-new forum with a few topic threads about this years event....

.... see viewforum.php?f=151

To try and avoid any confusion, and because this thread is now in the wrong place, I'm going to lock this one, and ask that any extra comments, new threads - and lists :D - etc are in the right place (so I can keep abreast of anything I need to do!).
