Window glide direction

I forgot to take note when I pulled the glass out what direction the glides on the front and back were pointing. I put new glides on but do they point towards each other or away on the front and back?

The slider blocks that run in the front and rear rails have mounting holes that make them offset. The mounting hole is not center so when putting them back what direction do they face? Either they point towards each other or away as with the photo. No info in the manual and nothing when searching.

Thanks for the diagram. I was told that the first blocks were as in the diagram with the mounting hole in the center. All the blocks now have the hole offset. Did that tech bulletin get updated?

Its not really offset, the sliders only had rollers on one side of the block making the other half redundant. Early cars only had three sliders, orientate the rollers as shown in the bulletin, also more info on page 27 of the bulletin which is in the manuals section at the top of the page.
