Google shows it as a 3:40 drive for me (which is better than I expected), and it is "fairly" centrally located for a lot of guys, so it may well be a possibility. If anyone else fancies it, (or even if they don't) we can have a look at doing something...

I was so looking forward to CC this year but looks like this is not happening and the date of this event clashes so unable to do this

Successful applicants will be able to see their club in a dropdown menu on the Thruxton ticketing site. This will go live early February 2022.

Do we need to get this done to make sure we can get a place for our cars

I note that the 24th July is the first weekend of the 2022 summer school holidays. Whilst I will attend, the travel times may be affected with the great British get-a-way, so attendees will need to factor this in

Alan - suggest you get the LEC application in early working on at least 15 in numbers just to ensure you get a slot. You can always update the organisers with increased numbers at a later date but, at least, the first 15 should be guaranteed a slot

Yep i think you are right i just don't want to step on anyone's toes ie admin but i have now sent off the application for like you said 15 cars plus a 3mts x 3 mts gazebo we will just have to wait and see now. It's a shame you and Trevor can't make it but maybe next year at CC.

I've already got Donington Masters, Silverstone Classics and Lotus in the Peak and/or Goodwood FoS in the calendar so Thruxton for a day is a bit much, even for me

Hopefully Castle Combe will fall back into its Saturday before Whit Monday slot next year once the Queen has celebrated her wonderful years at the helm

Many thanks for your application for a club stand at the Hendy Performance Open Day 2022, on the 24th July, which has now been processed and accepted.

We’re looking forward to seeing you and your members on the day.

Each attending vehicle/member will need to register for a (free) ticket through the Thruxton ticketing system on their website – which will be live in the next couple of weeks.

We’ll make an official announcement on our Facebook page to confirm when this is available – please ensure you follow us ‘Hendy Performance Eastleigh’

When your members apply for their tickets, they will simply need to choose your club from the drop down menu on the system to ensure we can keep track of required space.
