I have the usual issue with windows. Motor works but won’t move. I can see broken butterfly at the top so needs to come out.

Is there anyone in the US who can supply these? If not, what’s the best source?

Amazingly amongst all the parts I had one! All back together and working smoothly. Although it does go down with a heavy clunk so need to find out why that is. Any ideas?
