Badging on the bootlid

My S2 has this lettering on the bootlid. I’d prefer the original badges, with the funky S2 decal, but I’m not sure I can remove it without marking the paint.

Has anyone seen anything like it ? The LOTUS lettering appears to be the same as on some contemporary Espirits, but I could be wrong.

Thanks

Are the letters stickers or badges? If they are badges and have some depth to them, stick a piece of dental floss between the body of the car and the back of the badge and saw back and forth until it comes free, the residual adhesive should come off with goo gone/goof off and a microfiber. Using a hair dryer may also help to loosen the adhesive whether it’s a badge or sticker
