UK steering wheel fitting US cars??

Other wheels will fit but your issue is the hub is different and I believe the spline # on the column. Doesn't your car already have a cool nardi wheel on there?

They only have to have them when sold as new, airbag wheels are removed all of the time.

The steering column is different, and the top splines are different..... I know that a Corvette steering wheel can fit (but don't know if it's a straight replacement, or which version.... but I've seen it done).

Bear in mind that the 'safety' aspect is completely different between UK/ROW cars and FED cars - it isn't simply the airbag.

The UK/ROW cars have a 'collapsible' steering column to absorb impact, the FED cars don't, and use airbags to give driver protection...... if you remove the airbag wheel (which is physically possible) you will have far less driver safety than a UK car with a non-airbag wheel.

Yeah, I do have that Nardi, but frankly would prefer the UK wheel over the fed wheel.
But happy enough to leave as-is and move on to a few other things.

Hi, for your info, the UK/ROW nice ones are Momo or Nardi (SE/S2) , the ugly FED SIR one is a no name (?) from a 90s Pontiac Trans Am Firebird (or equivalent)
