2 days looking for keys

Postby ghunterglas » Sat 07.03.2026, 12:17

as subject says i've spend 2 days looking for keys in the house/ garden/ office etc ( found loads of good stuff too while doing so too )
but realised that there's every chance they're in the boot, ive got a spare ignition key but no spare door/ boot key * I have no idea why not !
I recall but cant find details there was a way to open the boot without a key, before I break something trying can anyone advise ? either by message here or email - graeme@stills.tv ?
thanks in advance, best g

Yes there is a way, but nobody will make it public on here!

ok, the keys weren't in boot after all, found 2 weeks later in the clothes peg bag hanging on kitchen door, the wisdom of winging it with one set of keys was just daft so.
Timpsons to rescue, new ignition key from stock & then the door keys ( GM blanks ) took 2 days from order, for the 1st time in 15 years I have 2 spare sets of keys, 10 fingers and a boot that still closes. result !
